    I had another COP I swapped out with it. And its been running fine, my only concern what would cause A brand new COP to go bad so quick.

    OK, so I kinda sorted the issue, I was under the impression driver side was even, and passenger side was odd. Once I realized I was working on the wrong cylinder, I got the thing straight. What bothers me tho is the COP, that went bad is a brand new one the Ford just put on when they did the intake.

    So I found a plug at the back of the engine about 5 inches of single wire with look to be like an L shape plug ON IT , I have no idea what the hell it goes to any ideas . it is wrapped in with the coil pack harness

    So I am getting this error, No check engine light. It does have a slight rough idle , hesitation when driving. I have replaced the spark plug , COP, I am going to check wiring and such now. What next....

    Ok, so it was not the O2 sensor like I was thinking it was.It was a misfire on cylinder 1. Remedy, So far swapped 1 & 7 COP's, Still had misfire, Than swapped those back and swapped spark plugs, NO code yet. When ford did the intake they replaced all COP's on the even side of the motor along...

    Thanks didn't think of Rockauto, Might have lucked out tho and the dealer will be fixing the intake, rear axle seal and tire sensors.....WOO HOO....:chug:

    Just picked up a 2005 Limited V8 w/139k on the clock. We had an 05 Eddie Bauer back in the day, And loved it so were back. First question how do you test the high horn? Dealer says mine does not work. Thanks
