me and an instructor at uti, I was gonna give it to him for a sandrail project but I got 1 head off and was like, thats wrong lol. The other head hasnt been touched but im assuming it is also on wrong. Unless they bought 2 left sided gaskets :/

oh wow i didnt think of that lol. he had them wrong side flipped upside down. front ports were open rears were blocked

yea i gave it to my sister, (a person that u need to ask if she plugged something in) and she was able to read the gasket and put them on the correct side..... you dont even need to know which side is left or right, they worded it dummy proof. He musta not even looked at the gaskets.

yea i have 2 vehicles and 3 sets of heads/ headgaskets infront of me it blocks opposite wholes, if you put of wrong side it blocks the back and opens the front, on the correct side the backs are open and fronts are blocked, ill get some pics as soon as i find my phones usb cord :/

both gaskets are the same in outer shape, and bolt hole pattern, but each have different spots where the coolant holes are open :)

well the felpro ones that were put on there have part numbers on them stating left and right side gaskets and they are both very different, and even have it writen on each gasket. I was able to fit both gaskets on either side, if you put them on opposite sides they block different ports.

I had work done on 1 of my explorers a while back. Basically they installed the head gaskets of the wrong sides......... cylinder 6 now has a cracked wall right where the water was being block. I am trying to find a blueprint so that I can prove that just because water was being blocked there...

read up on your page, looks like u cut off the coil bracket and put in f250 mounts, awesome colors on your rig btw. That looks like a ez weld free solution, but i also plan on running dual shocks up front so i can ditch my sway bar, can i use a f250 mount in front of the spring as well?

also eventually would like to cut-turn 4" extend and lift

stock lift atm but i plan on 2 inches when they are put on, 16 1/4" - 22 1/2" on the front 20 1/2" - 32 1/2" on the rear. The rear looks like they will bolt right in. measured from center of the eyes. stock fronts are 11 1/2 - 15 3/4.
