I would love to swap them out. They are disc brakes all around right now, but the parking uses shoes. I'm not sure there is a way to update them configured as they are. If there is I'm all ears!

I do have disc brakes in the rear, but the rear parking brakes are the old shoe type. Correct me if I am wrong, but the conversion you mention isn't that for Explorers having rear shoes for braking?
