    Will a 5R55E from an '04 Ranger go in to an '01 Sport??

    Sorry if this has been covered somewhere, I tried researching the best I could. I have a 2001 Explorer Sport, 2dr 2wd, with the 4.0 and a 4.10 rear end. I've been told that the tranny code is a 5R55E. Well about a month ago I put the transmission into drive and it wouldn't do anything...
