The Purge Valve solenoid is located on the passenger side rear above the axle.
I wish everyone the best luck with their Fords but my 'vapors' turned to spraying gasoline from the rear left injector. I don't know how to be any more carefull then I was replacing those OE...
Hi ! First post. I have the SUV jacked up and blocked. I have an LED headlamp ( BRIGHT!!) and yet I STILL cannot find the purge valve solenoid. I have one in hand (new) so I know what it looks like at least. I will go back under and try to follow the fuel lines from back to front.
