I fixed it! It was a bad battery cable. It was corroded on the inside. I went to ford and they wanted $100 for a set, then went to Pep Boys and they had the OEM cables for $50. Hope this helps sombody... Mark- markshyd

Voltage Gauge/Headlights flutter
The voltage gauge and all lights(Headlights, Domelight)on my 91 Explorer flutters at idle, and decreases slightly but still flutters at high RPM's. I asumed it was the voltage regulator, and replaced the alternator and regulator as one unit. This solved the problem for about a day, but now it's...- markshyd
