Amp/Sub Not working
to tune your gain tune up your head unit 3/4 of the way up and then turn the gain until the subs distort. If this doesn't help how do you have the remote turn on hook up? is the ground metal to metal? Ground wire shorter then 18"? you have big enough power wire? can your amp handle that ohm...- Big04pimpin

Amp/Sub Not working
First off if you could i would bridge it. Its different on every amp but most you take teh + from one side and the - from the other. second did you adjust the gains to the new head unit? That could be the problem.- Big04pimpin

FINALLY...Pics of my SYSTEM!!!!!
Hey bro nice install. Looks good. When you get your mid and high amp don't get another cap... Look into a HO alternator (high output). You can find them for a little more then those 2 caps cost you and you will not have any dimming.- Big04pimpin

Purchasing an amp
Is the sub dual 4ohm or dual 2ohm? If its dual 2 ohm you could even get the jbl 1200.1 and wire it to 4 ohm and get 600 watts (thats if you want to upgrade later) because you can find the 1200.1 for $50 more then the 600.1. They are defintly good amps.- Big04pimpin

*OPINION*: JL Audio worth the $$$ or is there better for less??
Hey goto Sounddomain.com and do some reasearch. There are so many companies with great gear out now. Most people would say that JL is way overpriced. And the only reason to go with JL is for the W7. (what a work of art!) go do some research and email me with any questions and i will point...- Big04pimpin
