A4LD Lost my second gear (92 X)
I have a 92 explorer XLT with 128k miles. Well looked after, tranny fluid changed 18 mos ago. A while back the tranny lost 2nd gear. I cannot get to it at all, even by selecting 2nd. New calipers, rotors still getting hot
OK, I followed the break diary thread and replaced the front rotors, pads, slide pins, calipers, grease seals, rubber hoses and bled the system (92 Explorer 4wd). The glide pins are installed correctly and properly lubricated, the anti rattle springs are also good. So I take it out for a 5...- vulture007

Hi, apologies if this is a repeated ask. Since a week ago the transmission in my 92 XLT 4WD started acting weird. I have driven it about for a few days trying to pin down the symptoms.
