    Chips?

    its not even a chip. I bought one a couple years ago for a jeep i had and all it was it a resistor and a piece of paper that says to fold it and plug it into you MAF sensor. It says it can also cause a check engine light to come on. I still have it as a bookmark in the repair manual.

    Why the hell does this thing go in and out of limp mode!!

    Hey Jawz My friend has a 06 mustang that does the same thing. We replaced the TPS (throttle position sensor) and all is well. Hope this helps some for you
