Hi, I'm Karen. I'm in serious need of a simple and cheap way to fix the blend door on my 2002 Ford Explorer. Do you really have to remove the whole dash and everything. I have air condition but when turned to heat I have a clicking noise and cool air. Not good for the up coming winter months. Help!!
