    2016 Platinum Low A/C Air Flow

    Hi Everyone, The A/C air flow on our '16 Explorer recently decreased, and I've read some forums that say the recirc door breaks off, falls down and blocks the flow from the blower. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a fix, other than taking the whole dash out? Thanks, Dave
