    Towing with a new 2008

    Here's the deal. I have a new 2008 with 500 miles on it. Was going to take my '97 XLT up north to get the boat to bring home but sold it tonight. Boat and trailer are 2500 pounds. Need to tow boat 50 miles. Book says don't tow until you have 1000 miles on new Explorer. Think I can do it if...
