    '02 exp. won't shift into 3rd.

    Hi; New here having same problem. 02 Mountianeer 49,000 o/d light goes on and check transmition notice light up. Had fluids and filter flushed and changed, still happens. Getting a PO 732 code. Ford claims there no problem just wants to do a rebuild. Any answers??? THANKS
