Temp gauge fluctuates

Temp gauge fluctuates
Have a '91 XLT 4.0 pushrod, no heat and gauge goes from cold to hot during driving this is constant doesn't matter how long you drive it. Have replace water pump, tstat, radiator, heater core, radiator cap and temp sending unit. We are getting ready to replace the Head gaskets. Have looked...- cmcdaniel43451
