    2007 Ford Explorer 4.0 Shifting Hard

    I have an automatic transmission. It shifts hard from 1 to 2 only. I am getting crappy gas mileage. I have changed the spark plugs and gas mileage got a little better. I changed the trans fluid about 20,000 miles ago. The vehicle only has 140,000 miles on it.
