1995 ford explorer gear oil
replaced it with a used one - noise and reaction is the same as one replaced. Humming when accelerator is depressed. Once let off, the humming stops, but the vehicle still(at times) hesitates uphill and downhill like a bump.....bump.....bump.....bump. Not sure if this could be in the transfer...- jlmayer41

1995 ford explorer gear oil
Looking for advice on which oil to use in the differential. I just switched the entire rear and I still get a humming and certain times(not speed related) hesitation like slipping. I am beginning to think it may be in the transfer case. Put it into 4wd auto while driving and it clunks and...- jlmayer41
