I was wondering how hard it would be to put a 302 with an automatic in my '02 XLT? I'm sure it's probably been done and I was wondering how hard it is to get things to bolt up and what kind of transfer case to use and any other modifications? I think it'd be a nice swap....any suggestions...

It's a factory ford oem kit. this was in with the hydraulic chain tensioner. http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm169/fazer_1/Picture.jpg know where it goes?

Where does this plastic part go? I am rebuilding the 4.0 SOHC out of my '98 XLT Limited and I am installing a new tensioner kit on the left head. This kit came with a plastic shaft type of part that is about 4" or so long and tapered on both ends. Does anyone know where this new part goes...
