I am not interested in tampering with any of the electronics, which function correctly, only in finding out the location of the passenger side blend door actuator and how to extract it from the heater core.- alfaspiderman

I am having the hot on passenger side, cold on driver side dilemma. I know that is is the blend door on the passenger side. Where is it located. sounds like rumble strips
My 02 Mountaineer V8 AWD with 80K is doing the same thing. Thought it was a wheel bearing....might still be. I replaced the left front bearing/hub assembly, but the noise is still there.
