My rig hates transfer cases.
Yep, it's the case. Removed the rear drive line and the truck rolled fine. Guess I'll try to rebuild it. Found a kit for 53 bux.- tide13

Yeah, did that. Even with the case and tranny both in neutral the rear wheels won't move.- tide13

What makes you think that? Because the rear wheels wouldn't roll? The T-case was buzzing really bad before it happened. Any suggestions on how to diagnose this? Guess it could be time for a M5OD...- tide13

My rig hates transfer cases.
The original t-case in my 93 shifted itself into 4 low while traveling at 55mph two years ago. We spent Christmas on the side of the road that year. I took the opportunity to convert to a manual case and have been very happy...until today. I'm currently stuck in Grants Pass trying to figure...- tide13
