If the fuel pressure regulator is bad I wouldn't think that I would read 40 at the rail but I could be wrong? Would like too avoid pulling the injectors if I don't have to. Thanks for the help so far- badmav70

hey everyone new member here, ive just come across a 91 explorer that was sitting in a garage and hasnt run in about 7 years.. i was told it was a great runner when parked but was taken off the road due too broken springs in the front and leaking trans lines... anyway i have proceeded too...- badmav70
