    well i wired the box directly to the cd player with like 12 guage wire and it works now with no pop and at any volume.

    its a cd player 35x4 watt with a subwoofer box in the back that and i run the speakers from the box the the wires from the rear speakers and there is no amp. i just put them in yersterday and they are brand new speakers.

    my speakers pop when i turn up the radio after its past level 13 voulume. what could be the cause of this? when not turned up loud they sound fine. any info would be great.

    well i removed the amp and ran the input wire harness back towards the front and hooked everything up and everything works. thanks for the information on how to remove the amp.

    mine is a stick shift . im not sure if that has anything to do with it. im not to familiar with ford. i really dont like them but i got the explorer for free. so im gonna keep it. i just wanna know basically what is casuing the light to go off and if it was something that needed to be fixed.

    please help!! gas leaking

    on my 92 explorer sport i turn the explorer on about 30 seconds later gas leaks from the top of tank somewhere. on the drivers side rear wheel i can see where it is leaking from it is on top on the tank there are 2 gas lines i beleive thats what they are, the right one is leaking i can see it...
