    before you pay, call your local dealer, they had a recall on multifunction switches! get your VIN, maybe it applies! If not all you need is a Phillips head screwdriver and either a 5/16 socket (with ratchet and extension) or a 20 or 25 Torx bit. 15 minute fix.
