Thanks for the help, I've tested with the voltmeter and it stayed in the numbers did not drop to zero, only thing that I have not tested is Neutral safety switch is there a way to test it Thanks again Any advice?

There is a red with light blue striped wire that goes from the ign. switch to the solenoid that is not getting power when the key is turned to start, power is coming out of the switch but through the wire
