problem fixed you would think ford would know that..lol so i put some 91 octane,bottle of heat,and a bottle of guaranteed to pass i had a free test coming so i went from 3.09 to 2.62 nox,all ineeded was 3.0 thanks for your help

there a problem houston the problem with replacing that stuff is i dont see any wireing that is extra or hoses and i habe been all over the internet and im not the only one that cant find this stuff-as in other ford ranger owners looked for their egr and they couldnt find it on theirs...

guess im screwed i went o a ford dealership and they could not find the egr or dpfe their diagram shows it on drivers side and right in the open but its not hter or the exhaust tume or even bolt holes on the manifold there is only 1 thing that it could be and that is,someone replaced...

i failed emmissions here in arizona,went to autozone and they say i have a egr valve but they are unable to locate it either i have a code 33 that comes up and says its the egr not opening i went to the library,look online at chiltons and asked some good mechanics any help would be great
