    stuck in 1st till warm

    i have a 91 explorer eb it has 96k miles on it but it stays in 1st gear till it is warm unless i shift it manually and if i do that bef it is warm about 2-3 miles down the road it is fine in first and 2nd but in drive and od it slips until it is warm any suggestions would be great as this is my...
