I recently installed an Optima Redtop battery...heard they were the best. About a day after iinstalling it, the idle seemed very low, and suddenly my "ABS" light came on, and it has remained on for the past week...has this happened to anybody? What can I do to correct this?

Last time i changed my oil in my Explorer, I used 10w40, and i found out after the fact to use 5w30. Im gonna be chaning my oil soon, does anyone suggest using synthetic?
