Im about to go from regular to sythetic oil. I have a 2000 Sport... Is this a good idea (someone told me that your valve seals shrink from sytnthetic...is this true?) Whats the best way for all of the old oil to drain out before I put the synthetic in? Which is the best synthetic for the 4.0...

id suggest taking it back to where you got it from and ask for a refund...or a new speaker it probably is the voice coil...or the wire contacts are broken..it tends to happen

Last time i changed my oil in my Explorer, I used 10w40, and i found out after the fact to use 5w30. Im gonna be chaning my oil soon, does anyone suggest using synthetic?
