    What is the best oil for high mileage 4.0 SOHC??

    I've been using the recommended 5w/30 which is now recommended 5w/20 and ran into some problems! (Oil pressure light) came on.... So I take it too a service, .....the mechanic said , the oil is too thin and need 15/40 I hope he's right ! I haven't seen any recommendations for This !!

    Thanks for them welcome and sorry to get back so late.. I totally lost this website!!�� Better check some forum posts�� Ps. It wasn't oil dripping from anywhere .. It was water from the air con, What an idiot I am!!!
