Thank you gentlemen very much. Right now it seems that my IAC is the problem. I cleaned it out real quick and bolted it back on. I have ordered a new one and will be replacing it tomorrow and returning my fuel pressure regulator.
I have not checked it yet. I didn't even think to before I released all of the pressure to change the fuel filter. I have turned the truck to on several times with out cranking it to restore the fuel pressure and then ran it for a bit to make sure my battery doesn't kill over as well.
