Update: Ran a wire from the small terminal on the solenoid to the positive pole on the battery and it still just clicks so going to pull the starter tonight. Still doesn't explain why it died though.

Checked all the relays and the switch, the indicator light behind the switch was burnt out so replaced that. The electrical side seem like everything is fine so going to assume it's something mechanical. Going to start tomorrow by checking and changing the transfer case fluid.

ABS light is off, no codes ether. I thought it could be a speed sensor at first because that was the problem on my Ranger. The 4wd light next to the speedometer works but the lights on the switch itself don't come on and front wheels aren't engaging at all.
