Tailgate window squeak/rattle
It's not just you, I think I have the exact same problem in my 01 sport. It annoys the hell out of me and because of this I try to avoid every little bump I see. I haven't figured out a way to fix this yet though. I think I might bring it somewhere to have it looked at.- outlawsoul

Well he did say he took off all the brake pads to check them, but i wasn't there so that could just be a load of bull. Oh well there goes 20 bucks down the drain. Yes section525, The light was on but I didn't realize it was the parking brake because nothing felt different and to top that...- outlawsoul

Thanks a lot for the replys, and yes the front and rear both look the same. I felt like such an ass because I dropped my sport off at a mechanic this morning because I couldn't figure out why the brake light was on. He charged me 20 bucks to tell me that my parking brake was on :(- outlawsoul

Driving with the Emergency Brake on
Yesterday I drove maybe a total of 5 or 6 miles with my emergency brakes on in my 01 Explorer Sport. Will this cause any damage to my brakes? Are the E Brakes and Regular brakes on different pads? I'm just concerned that I might have damaged something.- outlawsoul

I purchased a 2001 Explorer sport about 2 months ago and til this day I dont know how to open the rear window in the back of the truck. Can anyone help me out with this.- outlawsoul
