    4.0 lieter high idle / no code's

    I have a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 2 wheel drive 4.0 lieter. When I start it up ,it idle's around 2100 RPM's and does not kick down. I have no ERROR code's . I checked the throttle = ok closed ,sprayed around to see if any vacuum leaks =none that i could find.Wondering if any one has...
