    yes, everything fine before changing cable, was occaisonally hard to start, like battery nearly dead & lot of corrosion on pos cable. battery tested fine.

    wont disengage, correct heavy wire to bolt, thin to tab. the only place i see where something could be wrong is at the starter relay on firewall near battery.

    used a replacement cable from napa. same type cable except the original had a molded end that 2 wires stuck out of for the starter relay.
