    Pos Battery Cable Repalce, No Go

    Hey, Hope someone can help me out here. Changed the pos battery cable on 93 Explorer, had the internal corrosion problem. Hooked everything back up & no juice anywhere. If I switch the 2 wires around on the starter relay at fender then under hood light works, motor fires up but starter wont...
