before you try and put 6.5's in the doors PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check the depth of your speakers and make sure they will fit I tried the same thing and it was the BIGGEST headache to find out that my focals were too deep... also the adapter plate i got from Metra did NOT hold my 6.5s... and even...

The only things i would consider purchasing that bear the name (or similarity) of fosgate would be the 2 rebadged denon HU's theyve got out... the 8240 and 8250 i believe... those are supposed to be really nice... but other than that id say go mtx

well I took it to them and they say its overspray from somebody painting nearby... ok they must think im just clueless or something? its clearly UNDER the clearcoat... and how would overspray cover the entire body of the car so perfectly from every angle... and anyway i keep my truck...

Built with the correct box and amp the ED subs will outperform those MTX's by a longshot... you just need to make sure you make the box correctly... go for the K's =)

Im running the 7998 and its got enough features for ANYONE... id recommend the 9815 thought as its the same thing pretty much but the newer model and the dispaly is different (better imo) or if you can get an external EQ id strongly suggest the rockford platinum2000.. those things are SEXY
