How big can you go with 18" wheels?
you can replace for the size 265/60R18 and it will fit , some of my customers use it as the car can handle the sizes 20" , its 3.17 which a little bit more than accepted but its ok I think , Also you can use 255/55R18 .- Anas_82

Max tire size - XLT
My advice 265/50R20 or 275/45R20 but the first one is better on road . please also note that each factory mold is different than other , as some of tires molds are wider than other . personally I use 265/50R20 and give much better look . also you can find winter tires from the same size so no...- Anas_82

Programming Explorer 5 button Prox key
make sure about the location of the new Fob in the car when you start to program it . I think there is a location in dash board , also try to search on youtube as there is some video show it- Anas_82

Tire warranty? 9k miles and a slit sidewall! (Pic)
This is tires separation cause by factory defect , as from pictures there is no sign for any cut near the separation. Im working in tires over 13 years and expert in these cases so Im sure about it , Just make sure there is no puncture in this tire as in this case you will lose warranty other...- Anas_82
