Need some advice
Why not just go get a 3.73 Trac-loc 8.8 from the junkyard? That will be the most cost effecient and least time consuming way to go IMO.- Explorer_2196

91 starter / solenoid problems... flywheel grinding!!
if the starter was a refurbished one it from the auto parts store it may have gone bad.. I had this problem. Try having someone turn the key while you lightly tap the starter with a hammer. If it doesnt make the grinding sound and starts when you tap it, its most likely the starter.- Explorer_2196

Which lift to go with???
I wouldn't trust the Jack-It company, they have a pic of a Skyjacker lifted truck. James Duff is probably the best quality/strength, followed by SkyJacker then Superlift.- Explorer_2196

OMG!! Viper V-10 motorcycle!!
it's a motorcycle, it has two wheels, but four tires. I'd drive it :p I dont think it'd cost $250k. If the crate engine is under $14k, you could have it custom built around the engine for a lot cheaper than that.- Explorer_2196

Signal lights
It might also be a burned out bulb. Thats what it was on my 1991 when my turn signals wouldn't work. I guess it throw the flasher out of sync somehow. You also have a 1998 which might have a different setup.- Explorer_2196
