    Forgot to post this in the last thread. My 99 XLT has the towing package. Calling around last week to find a hitch, a vendor says that the '99 requires a light "module" ($44.00). Without it the computer will sizzle. What about this? The dealer didn't indicate this was necessary. My '95...
