hi/low beams on together
thanks for the insight Bill, I never thought about the heat issue, I'm just trying to get the full range of light out of my lights... I do have a set of driving lights already mounted on my brush guard... but living and driving in northern ontario and only having my sight in one eye, I need all...- firecat sno pro

hi/low beams on together
Does anyone know if it is possible to have both your High and low beams lights on when you turn on the high beams?... I've done the mod to allow the fogs to stay on with the high beams, but I'm curious to see if anyone has done or knows which relays to play with in order to achieve this...- firecat sno pro

Towing Hitches & Warrior Shackles
no interference issues with my shackles and my class 3 Hidden Hitch, the hitch is the newer design to go around the spare tire, and the truck is a 99 Sport :can:- firecat sno pro

255/70 vs. 275/65
Anybody have any pics of a LT265/75R16 mounted on a 16x8 rim on a sport, I'm in the middle of choosing which rims I want but I want the tires to stick out more then the stock rims, so that it looks "beefy". thanks guys :chug:- firecat sno pro

Solved Lifts and Max tire sizes
ok guys here's my question, I'm sure it's already been answered in here somewhere but I have a 99 sport and I plan to put LT265/75/R16 on it will these fit ok? I have the monoleaf spring in the rear with an extra leaf added and re-arched to gain approx 2" and I have done the TT to level the...- firecat sno pro

I have a 99 sport that I have done the TT and AAL to, i have gained about 1.5 - 2" of lift, could I run a BFG AT 275 75 R16 on my stock 16" tear drop rims or would I need to add shackles aswell? Thanks:)- firecat sno pro

Solved Lifts and Max tire sizes
tire sizes again ok this is my question: I have looked at the tire chart for my tire fitment but still can't seem to get the answers I need. I have a 99 sport, I have done the TT and I have added a leaf to my existing mono leaf system and also had them re- arched, I figure I have gained...- firecat sno pro

mono leaf?
I'm not too worried about ride quality, just because it's a fairly soft ride now, also by adding an extra leaf will this stiffin up the back of my truck so that when I hook up my boat the back end won't squat right down?- firecat sno pro

mono leaf?
mono leafs re arching I have a quick question, can I achieve the same lift by adding an extra leaf in my mono leaf pack and having them re-arched, as I could by shackles, my suspension guy said he can ad a leaf to my '99 sport rear springs without me having to get 4 door leafs. I just want to...- firecat sno pro

If your 4WD switch looks like this AUTO, 4HI, 4LO then...
Re: Re: 2wd option I don't think the 98 sports came with the foglights built into the bumper, at least I know my 98 didn't, it was standard on the 99 and up models, but if yours does have them you have to go into your relay panel which is located under your air box, remove relay 2, and...- firecat sno pro

2wd option thanks guys I guess I'll just have to start seaching for that brown wire. Do you think that my relay that I removed for my foglight mod will work for this application?- firecat sno pro

If your 4WD switch looks like this AUTO, 4HI, 4LO then...
2WD Option after all this talk on brown wires and relay and yellow wires I'm still kinda confused. On my 99 sport I have a red wire coming directly off the back of the "auto" setting on the switch, my question is, could I just cut the red wire and put a swich in there, or would that not work...- firecat sno pro
