    96 5.0 AWD transfer case do I have a 6 or 4 bolt?

    Got a 96 exploder 5.0 AWD While turning left at very low speeds I'm starting to get a pop like a gun has gone off. Sure feel it on the left side axle. Other then that it shifts perfectly at any road speed. I can go in a parking lot and do complete circles at low speed with the pop every 10 feet...

    96 Exp. 5.0 were there 2 different types of exhaust manifolds?

    Many thanks "delexploder" Makes sense now!! Addition exhaust port for EGR which my year was designed without that addition exhaust port. Been a great little work truck for me!! With only 90,000 original miles she's got lots of life left. Just have to tackle the leaking "valve cover gaskets"...

    96 Exp. 5.0 were there 2 different types of exhaust manifolds?

    I have a 96 5 litre explorer XLT The classic passenger side exhaust manifold requires replacement. Tick, tick, then goes away after truck warns up!!Found them cheap on eBay however the pics look slightly different then mine?? Says it will fit but there is a small tube with threads on it growing...
