    Tranny issues

    Ok so little update. Changed the vacuum modulator and the govenor. It worked properly 1 time but now it's back to doing the same thing. However, now it is smoking white smoke like I'm spraying for bugs. Did I get a bad modulator?

    I have a 1992 explorer I bought with a bad transmissuon. I have changed it with one I thought was going to be good, however I have some wierd (to me) problems. The tranny fluid is full, and has a new filter. If I shift it from park to reverse, it works fine. But if I put it in OD or drive it...
