    help tranny shift problem

    I have 92 4x4 xlt... tranny was rebuilt some time ago, it works fine except for when it shifts from 1st to second gear. it revs up and I let off gas a second then it will catch and go into second... sometimes when cold out or first shift of trip it will do it fine., sometimes i have to let it...

    92'Tranny shifting problem

    I have a 92 xlt 4x4, that has 310k on it. Been a great truck...but,,1st tranny lasted 250k. rebuilt it,,12 mo.warranty..at 13 months started to rev up, and I have to let off gas to get it to go to 2nd.(in morning it will do ok on 1st mile or 2) then as I drive if I go to accelerate it revs up...
