    rims for manual hubs

    hey, i got a 92xlt with the manual hubs from the factory on the stock (jurassic park) rims. i was looking at buyins some used wheels/tires and was wondering how would i be able to turn the hubs if the new wheels cover it? do you just leave the center cap off, or get the dremel out? thanks for...
