    My wife has an 06 Eddie Bauer and I was looking in between the console and seats for something I dropped and noticed something near the belt buckle. It is a shaft, kinda like a handle and it moves slightly. What is this and what's it used for? I was afraid to to pull it too hard. I can't read...
