    so if i convert it to manual and relace the hubs it should be fine, i wont need to go into all the gears and **** behind the hubs, thanks alot buddy

    thanx, would it be the locking mechanisn or the whole hubs, cause they are being converted to manual locking next week.

    i got a 91 explorer 4x4 xlt 4 door with all the auto 4x4 push button auto hubs, when 4x4 is engaged and under a load it seems as though the front end is popping out and grinding, please help, i cant identify the problem!!
