    sorry I guess I should have put that in the first post I changed in at 65K and everything was good , not to much shavings and nothing big! Also never had this problem before, always just had the delay and it would throw you back but not now! And nothing appears to be leaking from anywhere!

    I have a 2000 XLT 5.0 AWD When I am driving at normal speeds there is a lack of power from either a rolling start or stopped .. when pushed to WOT the RPMs jump to 3K and stay there .. with no acceleration at all the engine sounds like it is pushing yet the vehicle just keeps going at the same...
