well, I sure wish I'd seen the hammer suggestion before I got this far.:rolleyes: I have the motor out. Once it was disconnected from the window gear the motor turns just fine so............ can the motor be just too weak to start the window moving or do I need to look at the track...

Is there some way to manually raise a power window. My front right is stuck down, I cannot find the problem yet, I have the door apart, and it is going to rain for the next 2-3 days :rolleyes:

Where the heck is the chip on a 1994 explorer. I need to put a new one in but this is momma's stock truck and I've never done a thing to it except change the oil. I don't see it obviously under the hood so figure it's hidden somewhere.
