What wax/Sealant
I would use any of the Stoner Wax products. Speed bead is awsome! Spray it on, buff lightly, when it dries wipe it off! Work great and is very easy to use!!!! 2 thumbs up- chaos58503

$500 Budget what can I get?
I Disagree. A 15" will be loud but, 15's are not very accurate, unless you put a crapload of power it them. given the amount of $ he has, it will not be enough for a decent amp to power a 15". Besides take 12 + 12 what does that = 24 right! So the surface area of 2-12" is larger and louder then...- chaos58503

$500 Budget what can I get?
No, You can hook up both subs to that amp! It is called bridging the subs. That amp is bridgable down to 2ohm I believe, so you would need two 4ohm subs. Then, you will bridge the subs parallel to the amp. How you do that is to take one positive from one speaker and hook it to the other speakers...- chaos58503

$500 Budget what can I get?
Oh, and don't go to EBAY! keep it local. you will have better luck and customer service! The Kicker subs should go for $90per sub and the amp is $200 that will leave you with enough for wiring and a box, Minus tax of course!!! Good Luck- chaos58503

$500 Budget what can I get?
That is true! The install has alot to do with it. Actually it's the box. Make sure you have the correct cubic space for the woofers! I run this set up right now and I have a box that is 1.5 cubic feet per sub. Also you can never have enough power!!!!- chaos58503

I have a K&N air system on mine and it has the filter and a black box with a deal that goes into the tubular housing. That must be the mass air flow sensor!- chaos58503

they say my 2002 eddie bauer is suppose to get 15mpg, I get between 10 and 12. I put 255/70/r16 Yokohama Geolander AT's on to replace my factory 245/70/r16. Would that make that big of a differance in fuel economy? I also have a K&N air induction system in there from before I bought it, I...- chaos58503

alarm First off hello! I agree somewhat with the fact that it could be the hood pin but, generally factory alarms don't have them. None the less check it anyway for any disconection, next test one door at a time, for the door triggers could be bad. open one door at a time to see if the interior...- chaos58503

2002 Eddie Bauer MPG
They say an explorer my year gets 15mpg in city, I get maybe 12mpg. I did put some new yokohama geolander at's on, and went to a 255/70/r16 instead of standard 245/70/r16,s. Would that make that big of differance? or is it the fact that it is colder out then normal and I'm letting it run before...- chaos58503
