Am I screwed?
I had my steering rack replaced recently on my '96 because it was leaking. Two weeks later, I had the oil replaced, and the person checking fluids came to me, with a wierd look on his face, and said "I think you have brake fluid in your power steering" At the time I said "Thanks, but...- Pepper

Upcoming Monroe Reflex Rebate
No site; Total There's no site associated with the rebate; Sorry if I gave that impression in my original post. I was referring to some of the reviews I read on this site. I became aware of the rebate from the shop I bought the shocks from. I'm also not sure if this rebate applies to the...- Pepper

Recall Bliss
I've had a front end rattle/clunk for some time on my '96, and I finally took it in to be fixed. Spent the evening before researching possible solutions - and it looked to me like it was a worn out ball joint. And, based on the estimates that people posted, it was going to be expensive...- Pepper

Power Window Problems
Thought I'd post the outcome, in case anyone ever searches the archive with a similiar problem. The culprit was a broken wire behind the dash. Behind the radio, to be exact, near what I think I heard the mechanic call the delay module? Anyway, cost next to nothing in terms of parts to fix...- Pepper

Power Window Problems
Thanks for the responses everyone. And thanks as well for the welcome. I think I'll be bringing my truck into a dealer soon for this, simply because I don't have time to spend another saturday working through it. At least I tried. I second Gofast's view on manuals - my Chilton's doesn't...- Pepper

Power Window Problems
'96 4 door, 4X4. None of my four power windows work - at all. No whirring, no noise. It's not a fuse or breaker- power door locks are on the same circuit, and they work. I've done quite a bit of searching here and other forums, and haven't found any hints or similiar problems. I'm assuming...- Pepper
