Revolver shackles?
Ok...here goes another long shot idea of mine. Does anyone know a reason why I couldn't install a pair of Metal-Made-Right Revolver shackles on the rear of a late-model Explorer? I know, I'd need longer shocks and brake lines/cables, but is there any reason it wouldn't work? They only add about...- trent

To rebuild, or not to rebuild, that is the question...
Anyone out there have experience with rebuilding their Explorer's engine? I am just curious, I fear mine is on it's last leg (175K miles, no power, oil leaks, etc). My options are: rebuild the engine, possibly adding a few performance goodies; buy a rebuilt long-block engine and not afford any...- trent

Bigger tires on old, "tired" vehicle
I have a '92 EB 4-dr automatic with 170K miles. So far, nothing major has been replaced or rebuilt (if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?).
